World’s hottest curry title claimed by Bollywood Burner
An Indian chef has created a dish so spicy that it comes with a health warning, and is a contender for the title of the world’s hottest curry.
Vivek Singh, from The Cinnamon Club in London, has used some of the fieriest ingredients from across the globe in the Bollywood Burner.
The lamb-based curry has been commissioned by Richard Branson’s company Virgin Media, to mark the launch of its new Bollywood On Demand service.
Diners are required to sign a disclaimer saying they are aware of the nature and risks involved with tasting the curry before eating it.
